1-1 gym sessions

Personal training sessions held at a private gym in Oakland, CA. You’ll receive 2–3 guided workouts per week, along with additional exercises to complete on your rest or active recovery days via the CoachRx App. All necessary equipment and tools will be available at the gym.

MOBILE TRAINING

In-home training sessions brought to you, right in the comfort of your own space. This service requires basic equipment, including dumbbells (5–35 lbs minimum), loop bands, leg bands, Swiss ball, and a bench. Available in San Mateo, Oakland, Alameda, and nearby areas.

LIVE CLASSES

Zoom sessions are exclusively for individuals focused on building a solid foundation before progressing to strength training with gym equipment. Ideal for beginners or those recovering from injuries, these sessions emphasize low-intensity, body weight  exercises
